FLEXISEAL
FLEXISEAL is a durable and flexible sheen acrylic emulsion with good waterproofing and UV resistant properties.
PRODUCT USES
Mainly used as a waterproofing acrylic for external plastered and bagged wall surfaces. Also suitable for correctly primed concrete, brick and various building board surfaces. Due to its multi-purpose formulation, FLEXISEAL can also be used in conjunction with SABRE POLYESTER MEMBRANE as a cost-effective solution to waterproof parapets and flashings.
SOFT SHEEN
SOFT SHEEN is a general-purpose, smooth, durable and washable low sheen coating for interior and exterior use.

For use on correctly primed plaster, concrete and brick surfaces. Also suitable for correctly primed gypsum plaster, various building boards and timber surfaces.
S 888
S-888 is a quality scrub resistant acrylic matt coating for interior and exterior walls and ceilings with excellent touch-up capabilities.

For use on correctly primed plaster, concrete and brick surfaces. Ideal for improving the aesthetic appearance of uneven plasterwork. Ideal for creating feature walls and paint techniques and should be applied by a skilled artisan.

TEXKOTE is a good quality weather resistant decorative coating with a coarse texture that bridges hairline cracks and hides surface imperfections.

CONTRACTORS HI-COVER
CONTRACTORS HI-COVER is an economical, high hiding, general purpose matt acrylic coating.
PRODUCT USES
Suitable for direct application to walls, ceilings and where a contractor requires a quick-drying economical matt finish. Apply 2 – 3 coats on prepared substrate.
FIBRECOAT
FIBRECOAT is a waterproofing compound with built-in fibre reinforcing that provides a strong, flexible and water-resistant intermediate coating.
PRODUCT USES
FIBRECOAT replaces the use of conventional membrane systems and is ideal for waterproofing of parapet walls, window sills, cappings and pitched roofs. Also ideal for bridging hairline cracks and overcoating plaster repairs. For use on correctly primed plaster, concrete and brick surfaces.
GA ACRYLIC
GA ACRYLIC is an eco-friendly superior quality adhesion promoted multi-surface primer and undercoat to grip onto smooth surfaces in preparation for top coats.
PRODUCT USES
For use on smooth surfaces like existing enamel, aluminium, Formica and PVC. Also ideal as a water-based primer for wood. Glossy surfaces must be sanded to a dull finish to provide suitable adhesion.
MASONRY PRIMER
MASONRY PRIMER is a solvent-based primer for new cement plaster and masonry surfaces to form a barrier against alkalinity.
PRODUCT USES
To seal cement plaster, concrete, brick, fibre-cement and various building boards in preparation for top coats.
SUPER HIGH GLOSS ENAMEL
SUPER HIGH GLOSS is a good quality enamel paint with good opacity and flow that is washable and scratch-resistant.
PRODUCT USES
For use on suitably primed trimmings like metal, timber and various other surfaces. Not suitable for new plaster cement surfaces, roofs or floors.
SUPER EGGSHELL ENAMEL
SUPER EGGSHELL ENAMEL is a good quality enamel paint with good opacity and flow that is washable and scratch-resistant. SUPER EGGSHELL ENAMEL is not formulated for exterior use.
PRODUCT USES
For use on suitably primed trimmings like metal, timber and various other interior surfaces. Not suitable for exterior use or application to new plaster cement surfaces or floors.
PREMIUM UNIVERSAL UNDERCOAT
Superior quality, general purpose, oil based, undercoat to provide film build and a smooth finish on primed metal, timber and other surfaces in preparation for top coats.
PRODUCT USES
For use on suitably primed metal, timber and various surfaces to provide a smooth finish for top coats. Suitable as an intermediate coat onto pre-primed plaster cement surfaces in preparation for enamel top coats.
SUPER UNIVERSAL UNDERCOAT
SUPER UNIVERSAL UNDERCOAT is a good quality, general purpose, oil-based undercoat to provide film build and prepare primed surfaces for top coats.

For use on suitably primed metal, timber and various surfaces to provide a smooth finish for top coats. Suitable as an intermediate coat onto pre-primed plaster cement surfaces in preparation for enamel top coats.
WOOD PRIMER
WOOD PRIMER is a superior quality, oil-based primer to prepare, nourish and protect bare wooden surfaces in preparation for painting.
PRODUCT USES
For use on raw timber surfaces in preparation for intermediate and top coats.
DAMP SEALER
DAMP SEALER is a premium quality cementitious based primer that binds with existing bare cement surfaces to form a barrier against moisture and alkali.
PRODUCT USES
To be used only directly onto bare cement as a barrier against alkaline attack, water penetration and rising damp in areas where damp proof course are damaged or missing.
G.I. PRE-CLEANER
GI PRE-CLEANER is a water-soluble degreasing and etching solution for the removal of the oil-based protective coating on new galvanized steel after hot dip galvanizing prior to being painted.
PRODUCT USES
This product must be applied to new or weathered galvanized surfaces to create a sound surface that is ready for painting with approved SABRE primers.
For the removal of oxidation (white rust), dirt and surface impurities on new and weathered galvanized iron surfaces.
To etch the galvanized iron surface, allowing the paint system to adhere better.
DEGREASING SOLVENT
DEGREASING SOLVENT is a solvent-based heavy-duty degreaser.
PRODUCT USES
DEGREASING SOLVENT is an all-purpose heavy-duty cleaner to remove grease, soot and oil from metal, concrete and miscellaneous surfaces. Suitable to remove the oily layer from off-shutter concrete and degreasing new or previously painted concrete floors.
